This song is a fictional tale of a girl growing up in the slums of Buenos Aires, and her struggle to overcome. Here name, Zola Lapiz, is an anagram of Piazzolla (named for Astor Piazzolla the great Tango composer). The song is in 7/4 time and features Marlon Aldana on Cajon and Ari Refusta on Snare, Lewis Patzner on Cello, and gives each instrument a “Variación” solo section.
